Whole Hog Pig Roasts

Hofherr Meat Co.’s team of butchers and BBQ experts will arrive one hour prior to serving with the roasted whole hog. Guests will have the opportunity to watch the carving demonstration and ask questions, while sampling the delicious fare.

HMC will provide:
- Fully cooked pig
- Buffet setup (chafing dishes, tables etc.)
- All paper good related to serving of the pig (plates, napkins, cutlery).
- Various appropriate condiments (pickles, bbq sauce, etc.) and buns.
- All event staff related to cooking, serving, and cleanup of the pig roast.
